Patterns and prototype tooling can be used for prototype tooling or used for developing production tooling.

The pattern and prototype tooling process is SIMPLE, FAST and ECOMINCAL:

• You supply cad model
• General Plastics, Inc., will create and deliver a tool design for the thermoformed part along with recommendations on production tool type, cooling, etc.
• Ability to maintain close tolerances due to precision CNC machining
• Various materials are utilized based on part design and customer expectations
